Interdisciplinary team provides inclusive, culturally responsive care to 2SLGBTQIA+ people * services include:- primary health care serving the 2SLGBTQIA+ community
- sexual health care, education and support
- gender-affirming care
- support for people experiencing gender incongruence
- support for gender-diverse children, youth and families
- assessment, referrals and follow-up for gender-affirming surgeries
- mental health support and counselling
- system navigation and community referrals
- outreach, support groups and health promotion
- community presentations and service-provider training
- collaboration with 2SLGBTQIA+ organizations and community partners
